That program ruined the used car market and made us a grand total of like $12. It made everyone think their 15 year old piece of shite is worth $10,000. It’s impossible to buy a used car from individuals today thanks to that.

I haven’t seen a Chevette since the Obama admin, but Chevy promptly introduced models like the Cobalt to fill that niche and rip off people who live check to check.
