I also work in a hospital and wear a mask all day. Either a cloth mask or N95 if I am on a Covid unit. I have worn both types as well as procedure/surgical paper masks for 8-10 hours at a time and have not had issues with getting enough oxygen. They are uncomfortable, for sure but I have not seen a single person have any difficulty with breathing from a mask. Has she tried a procedure mask?

Thanks Wise. I am not sure what a procedure mask is, but I believe I can guess. My post was made, (mostly), because this whole Covid thing has me a little more than a little POed.
Having an entire workforce mandated, with no thought to physical variability has always stuck in my craw.

Get her a beard bag. Probably as effective as the typical cloth ones people are wearing.
