Didn't know we had so many government waste supporters in here.

Do you think the sherrif's office is any different than any other arm of the government when it comes to spending?

It was crazy watching the returns by precinct. The conservative areas voted for taxes and the democratic areas voted against taxes. It started off with a larger margin as the more conservative precincts were reported first, then it got pretty damn close, then they dropped the mail in vote and it crushed all hopes of the people voting against a tax. It is sad less than 10% of the population voted for tax that will effect everyone living in the parish. This would have not defunded the sheriff, it would have just put a slow to the ever increasing budget that is out of control.
