In that case, our case positivity rate should be much lower than Germany's since they're specifically seeking out the potentially infected patients who are either symptomatic or identified through contact tracing.
Germany does .84 test per 000 people in a country of a bit more than 83 million so about 70,000 targeted test a day. As you can see they have a much lower case positivity rate. They are just managing this whole thing much better than we are largely by executing our plan.
