Selective word choice there, she wasn't "brandishing" anything, she went to her window with a gun after hearing noises in her backyard. The trespassing cop saw her through the window and killed her. We all know the case, she wasn't a threat. They could have went through the open front door for the welfare check they were called for.

The policeman was charged in that case. You're really going to choose to die on that hill while overlooking the fact that the overall numbers are minuscule?

Was this necessarily racism or just poor decision making by the officer? Too often with a white officer and black suspect it is presumed to be racially motivated which may not be the case.
