Roadhouse with the Rifftrax commentary is one of the funniest movies that I've ever seen. Just watched it again a few nights ago.

I’ve always wondered...was Sam Elliot supposed to be Patrick Swayze’s father? He calls him mijo when they talk on the phone which means my son in Spanish. Also Patrick Swayze takes it none too well when Ben Gazarra kills Sam Elliot.

I think the problem was that she was underage to be in the club.

It's sad how far today's society has deviated from the greatness that is Roadhouse. All of the drinking, fighting, sex, blues music from the Jeff Healey band...no way that movie gets made nowadays. It would, without doubt, offend someone.
That said, it's phenomenal and a cinema masterpiece. Is it the most quotable movie of all time?

He grew up in Newport, Tennessee - the Smoky Mountains. Moonshine country. That's a very poor and impoverished area. Not much goes in or comes out of that area. Pretty cool that he has done well for himself.
