Interesting. I never thought aboot the people not wearing a mask triggering a stand your ground defense.
I bet most judges would not consider the legality, but would deny it because they found it personally distasteful.

I was thinking about it a couple weeks ago. I'm leaning towards potentially getting out of a charge but I'm not gonna be the guinea pig.
If a judge doesn't rule based on legality what's the point of having a judge in a legal sense? We're already through the window so I could definitely see rulings based on feeling being the new standard in this country. Hell, it already happens in major city courtrooms every day.
Ultimately as it stands right now I think the primary factor is jurisdiction.
