I think you are confused. I am not surprised it exists. I am not surprised it isn't trying to make money.
But, I am also not surprised anyone would want to use that property for other purposes and shut it down. And I am also not surprised it is in terrible shape.
Ohio State's endowment is $6B LSU's is $500M
