If Colorado goes red but popular vote is for Biden. Does Colorado electors still vote Trump?

Apparently CO is one of the states with a law binding electors to the vote, so no they wouldn't be able to vote Biden if Trump wins the state.

the ticket that get the most Colorado votes gets all the Colorado EC delegates.....
this is the same for every state except for Maine and Nebraska. in those two states, overall winner gets the delegates corresponding to the senators (2 delegates) but the winner of each congressional district gets that delegate.
IE Nebraska has 3 congressional districts and Maine has twp. thpse can be split based on voting within each
