Sure they did, just a different one than yours. Many are just young kids that were caught up doing something dumb. I don’t want to pay for ten years of jail for them and once let out you’ve created a criminal for life.

"Totaling" a federal monument deserves 10 years. Some spray paint that can be removed doesn't.

Jason Charter is 25. Not sure about you but by the time I was 25 I was a man and knew better than to frick my life up by breaking a Federal law that would get me 10 years.
