Jim Bernhard and John Bel Edwards (and other so-called "moderate" Democrats) don't seem to be concerned. I guess they don't realize they're the frogs in the soon-to-be boiling water.

Isn't that the truth? Ideological purity is a narrow, elusive, and ever- shifting goal-post.
Communism.
One minute you're in power, making laws, tearing down statues, changing building and street names, ordering arrests, signing executions, and in the next-it's a pick axe to the skull in Mexico like Trotsky or a couple of bullets in the back of your head in the basement of the Lubyanka-for all your commitment, hard work, and troubles.
The Democratic Party needs to think long and hard about what and who they've unleashed.
