re: Louisiana may now rest easy- the torts have been reformed

This will not move the needle on rates. It may cause plaintiffs more delays getting on the docket for trial. Also will help defense attorneys get more claims as the ins co play with their new found toy. At the end of the day it doesn't do a whole lot. The state needs to really crack down on all the bums driving with NO insurance coverage at all. This is what is really driving the stupid rates.
