Aren't most players 2 year projects? I mean, a stingley , starting as a freshman,is rare.
On the 40 time,I really don't see where that matters for a pass rusher ,unless he's not explosive ,and without a get off ,it doesn't matter that much
. It's not a deal breaker.

They are 2 year projects when they are as light as Naquan — Moffitt and Company will Beef him up for SEC play. They’ll get his forty time down to a 4.6 / 4.7 no problem
Look for a RS Freshman Year and some PT thereafter depending on his work ethic and coachability

C’mon use your Bean bro —
Forty time is critical for Linebacker:
A FB field is HOW WIDE? 54 yards
LBs gotta Chase down plays
LBs gotta pick up RBs/TEs in pass coverage
SEC Fun Facts:
Slow LBs are targeted as Roadkill in the SEC Jungle nowadays
Look, they got the special shoes and soles that build up the kids 40 times — There are a ton of other position applicable agility drills for Naquan to develop his game at LSU
The eval thinks he can hold another 25 lbs and 6’3” 230 — He’ll never be another Khalil Mack but they think he’ll play Sundays.
Hey he passed the Jack Marucci 9 point character test — Good kid — I’ll be pulling for him to get to his target weight to 225 or so and that 40 time to 4.7 or better.
