There's no benefit if you're healthy so the risk side is moot.

There's also no risk to not wearing one if healthy, so that one is moot as well.

But there is a risk of you getting it from someone not wearing a mask while not wearing a mask and a risk of you being infected without knowing it.

Vs, the cost of just wearing a mask, which is nothing.
