Edited the OP. I'm stuck here.

Drive over to Cherokee and gamble at the casino?

If you like scenic drives google Tail of the Dragon and Cherohala Skyway; might be something to do to get away from the crowds.

Go to Maggie Valley and check out the Wheels Through Time Motorcycle Museum.

In Gatlinburg check out the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community; a collection of galleries and shops just outside G'berg. I especially like Tim Weberding Woodworking. Your wife will probably like that area if you don't.

Go fishing. Hwy 321 going east out of town. Turn to the South and you'll hit some good creeks with trails that allow for walking.

You can hire a guide at smoky mountain angler and let them show you a few good spots and then go from there on your own. Half day is probably $100-$150.

Thanks. Hopefully the weather allows us to go hike at some point.

Dabeerz, if it was just me I'd go stay in a tent in the rain all week and never see this souped up trailer park. I have a wife to entertain.
