If you have not already done so, cover the area with baking soda to neutralize the acid. Clean with the water hose and then spray with bleach. I would scrub it with a wire brush. If you have a brush on a drill bit, use that since you have a large area.
If that doesn't work, use muratic acid. Once you're done, sprinkle the area you used muratic acid with baking soda to neutralize it.
