I met a girl the last semester of college at PSU and we dated for those 4 months. We both graduated and went our seperate ways. I moved to Miami for work and she went on to medical school. We never fought and got along great. Not to mention the sex was pretty awesome. We decided not to do long distance, but I find myself regretting not trying a lot sometimes. Always that what if factor. We used to meet back up occasionally but she now has a bf and seems pretty happy. Most girls I date don’t compare to her and my exes before her are just garbage humans who went on to do nothing with their lives.

I kick myself all the time and it sucks azz. Any baws have a similar story?

Yes and I still think about her. If she ever gets divorced or widowed, it's on.

Hate to say it man, but any long term relationship without a fight doesn't exist.

Lots of women out there bro.

I agree baw. Maybe our first big fight would’ve brought it all down. We were young and having fun. It’s the unknown that kills me.

Sort of.

Had a GF in highschool who would do absolutely anything i asked her to do. she was a year younger than me and built like a swimsuit model.

like a dumbass kid, i decided 1 gf wasn't enough. met another one. then the first gf's family moved right next door to gf #2.

ended badly for all.

then , met her about 15 years later and she was weighing in at about 225 and looked exactly like her extremely large mom.

she got away but, apparently that wasn't a bad thing.

Yes. Not only was she pretty, but her personality, humor, laugh, intelligence, etc made her stunning. She set the bar too high.

But I fall back on the classic consolation: "Better to have loved (the perfect one briefly) than never to have loved (her) at all."

I think you gotta say something to her. BF or not. Some may find that chitty. Just admit that it's selfish and say what you gotta say.

Yea, it was 8th grade Beta convention dance. A slow song came on and "Megan" walked up to me and demanded a dance.

I was awkward and 13 and she was beautiful. We danced awkwardly and she smelled so good. The song was over before I knew it and I was in love. She told me she would call me then walked away.

I went to my friends and told them I was in love and THEN I realized I never gave her my phone number.

She's the one that got away. I was the one that got away from that point forward.

I agree with this statement. Its not like she's married. Life's short. If it doesn't work out, it wasn't meant to be. At least you won't have any regrets.
