Zachary is heading that way; I've been in some fast food joints and felt like I was in Baker.

On the other hand, it's also a bigger population, might take longer to complete the change. Central is a lot smaller, easier to swing.

Remember, the thing that killed Baker was the huge influx of Nola residents, not the outmigration from Scotlandville.
