Steve Wiltfong put a level 3 confidence (out of 10) crystal ball for him to the (good) tigers. Low confidence rating, but this is excellent news. It had "VIP Scoop" attached to it, if anybody who pays for 247 wants to share that with us cheapskates.

With the confidence meter, 247 doesn't like the Foggy predictions anymore so he just put his back to LSU. More just housecleaning than anything else

I agree. The article really has him speaking on who is recruiting him the hardest. He seems to be pretty high on Clemson and Bama but who knows where he is leaning at this point.

All of you panicking - no one is super confident on this kid. Highest one is the girl Anna Hickey (Clemson insider) with a 6.
We have a real chance at a top 15 player in the country who’s and OT from Virginia. I’m thrilled with the CB. Maybe this materializes and we start building a Great Wall.

Leigh’s actions are very telling. He’s been to campus multiple times from VA. Our depth chart has to be as appealing as any teams in the country. Everyone has just assumed Clemson all along for him, but this Fong prediction means something. We’re in a good spot here.
