Joe Biden's voting history should make a black person wanting criminal justice and law enforcement reform extremely skeptical.
Dude was all in on mass incarceration, mandatory minimums, the war on drugs, etc during his time in the senate.

So how many college kids at LSU from out of state actually take the time to register to vote in La. you think? Besides, I'm sure every state has early write-in voting in their home state if an athlete was serious about voting.
This is just another left-wing attempt to pad the numbers their way. I know I wouldn't want out of state college kids making political decisions in my local elections. Neither should you.
