Once normalized for individual actions this disparity goes essentially to zero.

That's because blacks commit violent crimes at a higher rate than whites. Please review "victim data."

Again, your dishonesty is in full view. Blacks commit violent crime at higher rates than whites. See the "victim data" statistics to fully understand. You have probably seen these statistics and are choosing to ignore them. You are dishonest.
