Let's put it on the table... What percentage of Cops are BAD/RACIST?

This is the math that the Dims, Antifa and BLM does not want to talk about! In a country with 800,000 cops, a dozen bad incidents a year is a statistical zero.
I say 1% at the worst! Probably less than that. Ninety Nine percent of Cops are Heroes everyday.

Bad as in not good at their job, probably around 20 to 30%. Racist, probably less than 1% which includes black, Asian, etc. police officers.

I got stopped in Birmingham. White Cop ...."Keep your hands on the steering wheel." They were looking for a tan car that turned out to be a Toyota. My Camry didn't match the description.
Got stopped outside of Demopolis. Black State Trooper. I am in between two pickups and we are all locked on 60mph cruise control. I get pulled from the middle after he had passed going east while we were going west. Got him laughing and he promised to share that with the morning meeting.
My GPS was positioned below eye level in the front of my steering wheel. I have a bad habit of locking my hands at the top of the steering wheel when I get bored. This guy thought I had my cell phone in my hands, turned around and chased me down to ticket me. When he was walking up I heard "Man I am so sorry....I thought you had your cell phone in your hands!" "No sir, it's where it always in the cradle, charging and ready to talk into."
"Do me a favor. Move your GPS to the right of your steering wheel, you can still see it just fine." "Thank you. I'll take that advice and am glad to see that you guys have a second calling in life. Interior decorating by Alabama State Troopers." He was laughing and said he'd bring that up the following morning. We shock hands and I told him "I always tell every Officer I see. Stay safe out there, your family is anxious to see you get home."

Bad- hell, who knows? It will vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, depending on hiring and retention practices, the spirit of the jurisdiction (what they tolerate / general behavior), training, leadership / brass, salary, etc.

I've known a few cops who were what some would consider racist, both black, white, and hispanic (the black ones were usually more "racist" against blacks), but think they actually treated everyone fairly.
If racist means not giving someone a fair shake because of the color of their skin then I don't think very many police are racist.
If racist means going out of your way against someone because of the color of someone's skin, I think there are hardly any.
If racist means you are white, there are quite a few...lol.
Do I think a lot of times young black men get treated differently? Yes, but to me this isn't particularly racist (but could be if taken too far). Look at the stats. They are the most likely race / gender to be violent.
Young white men will get treated different than old asian women. This is common sense.
You'd be a damn fool to treat someone with an SS lightning bolt tattoo on his face the exact same as an hispanic mother with a couple of kids in a minivan during a traffic stop.

Are you saying in a lot of the bigger cities where 30-40% of the officers are black in the inner city that 40-50% of those black officers are racist too?

Racist I would guess ~7% (that includes all races of cops being racist against some other race)
Bad I would put around ~30%. Too many dumbass high school bullies whose glory days are behind them choose this profession.
