Better Call Saul spin off??

I’ve brought this up before, but without sports to discuss/watch I’m bringing it up again. Does anyone think there will be a spinoff from Better Call Saul after Season 6 ends? My thoughts, you could easily get multiple seasons out of the Gene character. You could go down the Cartel road for multiple seasons, prequel on Gus. Just really like the storytelling of this directing group.

Lalo is the obvious answer...
Everyone wanted more Gus, but Lalo has been a fascinating character with a lot of mystery.

Lalo would be fine. As long as they keep the same storytelling aspects (flashbacks, flash forwards, etc).

Unfortunately, hector, and don eladio are getting too old because a cartel show would be great.

Whatever the spinoff, Mike cannot be a part of it...Im rewatching BB now, and the aging that Jonathan Banks has gone through is already too recognizable

I could go for one about the 2 best hit men west of the Mississippi.

I expect the writers to give some backstory to Gus in S6. His past prior to arriving in Mexico is still kind of a mystery.
The BB/BCS universe has been fascinating entertainment for 10 seasons. I don’t think it would be a good idea to keep it going with a second spinoff.

Why not? I think there is still some meat left on the bone. I never would have thought it but in my opinion BCS is better than BB - why stop now?

Even Tuco looked much older in season 1. Prequels with the same actors seem like they are done after this arc.

I think they could do it. I trust Vince to make anything work.
But eventually the universe would get old. BCS does work as a standalone show, but most of its intrigue originated from its connection to Breaking Bad. More than half of the show's storylines right now connect to Walter White in some way - Gus, Mike, the cartel. Even Hank showed up. Everyone is waiting on Walt to make an appearance in the last season. Gene's segments are obviously part of the Breaking Bad storyline as they occur right after Walt's death.
I'm not sure Lalo has that pull especially as a villain. Same as Gus. We watched Saul because he's part of the good guy crew.
If any spin off could work, I'd say Mike's time in Philadelphia is the only one. Obviously would need a younger actor.

I think Nacho and Jessie should have a show called Nacho Bitch.

An anthology or episodic type series about Caldera and all the shite he sees in his vet office after hours and the events surrounding it could be good. Maybe even let Pryce be a main supporting character
