Quit being obtuse. Local police don't need tanks and mraps. Local cops doing duty in Walmart dont need to tactical vests loaded with various devices, and militarization is not just about equipment, it is also philosophy and protocol.

You forget the Walmart mass shooter already? The local police in cities which have seen molotov cocktails tossed around lately dont need armored transportation? These leftist terrorists are not capable of creating an IED? You lack foresight.
