If by "legitimate" you mean "meaningless", then sure.


The number you have arrived at is more a reflection of the demographics of the country than it is a reflection of which race is most violent toward the other.

You are unwittingly accounting for the demographics in your calculations twice. Like I said, it is easy to manipulate people with statistics.
