Funny that you mention Gordon on here. OP says there was no injury and has no intention of filing. Many are suggesting to wait it out and that OP can get more money out of them. One poster even said they took $5500 after being offered $1000. Gordon does exactly what everyone else has recommended that the OP do, but he gets a bad rep for doing it.

no, instead of getting the reasonable 5k, gordon gets 40k from corrupt judges.
then insurance companies leave the state because of it.
