Any big metro city in a state where the convention will be will 100% have a Dem mayor. I'd be more worried about Governor as they can override mayors.
If NC won't hold it because of cooper I see it in Phoenix, Atlanta, Tampa.

Are there any resorts, smaller cities w/GOP demos, with an arena and hotel rooms?
