Also why they are not necessarily good innovators because that requires a lot of failures before you get it right

Come on dude. Japanese are extremely prideful in their work. Businesses are passed down from generation to generation. Sons usually learn skills from their father or something related. A father could be a fisherman and son be master sushi chef which take years and years discipline. You could have an old barber owner who’s 89 and refuse to retire because he loves his job.

And they are also humble. Unlike Americans culture who love to tell everybody how great they are, that’s a no no in Japanese culture.

Koreans are good people too. Never had a bad experience with them ever. Mainland Chinese people suck.
