Why won’t you acknowledge the disproportionate number of crimes committed by blacks when you try to argue how much more likely they are to be shot by police? Could the shootings have anything to do with that?

For your “total” numbers to be relevant here it would mean cops are literally walking around shooting random people of all races allday long.
