I'm against hate crime laws.

I'm MAGA. I am pro life. However if the most this cop can receive is 12 years (which is what I'm hearing on MSM) that is ridiculous. From what I've seen so far that officer deserves life in prison or the death penalty
. As for the other 3 officers I'm just not sure. Not enough facts are out.

I don't think he went in with intent to murder. shite just got out of hand. 12 years sounds sufficient to me, but Im not exactly a fry em type person.
What other laws did he break that will be brought later?

You should riot. I hear that’s the in thing right now.

It’s been 4 days and he hasn’t even gone trial and you want him to spend the rest of his life in prison?

I would hate them, but that's against the law

Maybe I didn't relay my thoughts how I wanted. With a fair trial and a guilty verdict I would hope that more than 12 years would be accepted. I was just saying that a max of 12 years with a guilty verdict of what I saw on camera would be too little.

You’ve seen all the evidence or just the 10 minute video?

Well the cop that did the same exact thing to a white guy in Dallas 4 years ago got 12 years. They didn’t burn Dallas to the ground over it though.

Pretty sure that 3rd degree murder charge is up to 25 years.

The guy was handcuffed and knelt on for 6 minutes plus. He was not a danger at that point no matter what he did up until then.

I couldn’t care less about what happened in Minnesota to a convicted felon with an armed robbery on his record. I would prefer people focus what’s happening in Baton Rouge every year.
Baton Rouge's 2019 homicide numbers are roughly in line with what could be considered average for the parish, based on data collected over the past decade. Most occurred within city limits and almost 60 percent have been solved. About 75 percent of the victims were black males.

12.5 years is what Noor got when he gunned down Justine Damond from cop car seat.

Ok? How many days should one wait after seeing the video?

Never heard of this. If true then he should have gotten life in prison or the death penalty. You can't murder someone who poses no threat to you.

like you said that was 4 years ago and the media and powers that be have been slowly, but steadily building their case. it gets bigger and bigger every time.
don't be fooled ... all of this shite going down in Minnesota is VERY carefully orchestrated. these aren't just locals participating and causing all of this.

12 years seems standard for a manslaughter charge, which is probably what he will be convicted of and probably what this was. If it will satisfy the proverbial lynch mob and make people move on, make an example out of this guy and charge him for first degree murder. You can bump it down in a few years. It would be a small sacrifice for the greater good.

I figured it would be way higher than 75%. Most years it's 90+%.

No one here will like what I'm gonna say but what the hell.
We all know that guy would've eventually committed more crimes and ended up in prison.
What the cop did is appalling but this an example of a group of thugs that are always looking for something from which to be offended. This gave them (in their pathetic minds) an opportunity to act like the trash they are.
