But maybe they should stop sitting there with their thumbs up their asses while people burn their city down and actually handle their business? Why haven't those cops been charged or arrested yet?

In almost every single one of these situations its been a law enforcement (or former) officer whose britches got too big for his/her own good. They're costing their areas a ton of money in lawsuits and in some cases millions when the riot flames are fanned because of their actions.

Maybe start holding these assholes accountable for being bad cops.
