Most Recognized Baton Rouge Figure

This stems from looking at the "Welcome Home National Guardsmen" with images of Les Miles and Kip Holden greeting the soldiers as they get off their flight. Who would you say is the most recognized Baton Rouge Figure by Baton Rougeans right now?
In no particular order:
Gov. Bobby Jindal?
Mayor Kip Holden?
Coach Les Miles?

I think you'd get a better response from the OTL on this. The OTL seems to be the most popular board on TD.
