Remember in the "Untouchables" when the Judge comes back out, is scared out his mind and tells the bailiff to get the jury from the court next door?
The prosecutor asked Kostner ...."What did you tell him when I left?" "That his name was on the list too." "His name is not on the list." "He doesn't know that."
Who got to Sullivan and what is he involved in that has him so scared? Someone needs to look into his bank accounts.

i don't think he's scared. i think he realizes this is his time to become famous and possibly parlay this into some real money.
he can get a 7-figure book or media deal WITH his federal retirement

I don’t think his bank accounts are necessarily the problem.
Between rumors of him colluding with the US attorneys and Flynn’s defense to railroad him and the fact that he has coveted several other high profile political cases in the past few years, a deep dive into his communications with various groups should prove interesting.
