The headline of that article is very telling.
Sullivan is the presiding judge. He has no business having “interests” in the Flynn case. His one job is to preside over the case justly and fairly. Anything else is bordering on the unethical.

Bordering? I think we went well past that, especially considering some of the screeds he has done against Flynn.

Completely false premise. A judge should only have the parties interest in mind. Never his own.
