Cool, stop any federal money going to Michigan. In any capacity. Just cut it off now.
ETA: Start with any research grants given to the University of Michigan, and whatever federal funds would go to the Wayne State Law School.

nah. He needs to use this as an opportunity to sway opinion in Michigan further his way. He needs to point out that he was there to help a great Michigan company, and that the democratic politicians just can't let that happen.
He needs a call to action to Michigan voters to get those people out of office.
