Yeah but the job of a lawyer is to try to paint a picture that favors their client's case. While it will not be used in court, public opinion (which can include possible jurors) can play a big factor.

Shows that Arbery complied with law enforcement requests. I don't see how it would make him look bad. If anything it shows incompetence on the cops...tasers don't work
