Same happened to mine - wheels, top and bottom, plus the food chopper went wackado and cut a hole in the bottom of the DW causing leakage.

Anyway I replaced it with a Kitchenaid Model KDTE204GPSO (also a whirlpool branded item) a couple years ago and I’ve been happy with it. Very quiet (no food chopper but a a good filtration system), cleans weil, has a heating element so it dries plastic items pretty good as long as you use rinse aid. I caught it on sale at Best Buy.

But I anticipate it might last 5 to 7 years the way they manufacturer “energy efficient” crap appliances now days.

I just replaced my not so old broken Frigidaire Gallery with this particular model.

Same exact experience as Craw. Very quiet, cleans well, dries well with rinse aid. No complaints.
