it's certainly possible but that's only one single stat
Tua had 43 TDs (in only 355 attempts, so fewer attempts per TD) a year prior as a True Sophomore at Bama, so yeah Burrow could have put up some elite stats at Bama as well.

this is a silly standard
Tua threw 43 TDs in 2018 in 355 attempts. Burrow had 527 attempts last year.
ETA SFP beat me to it. Throw it at least 3 first rounders on the OL and 4 WR at Bama.
