Seems like a 302 carries as much weight as a recording. Why would the FBI change? It is up to the courts to end that shite.

Based on reports of changed 302S in several Russian investigation interviews they seem to be no better than hearsay.

I don’t believe they record any interviews.

They don't want to be recorded doing illegal shiz. They need to be required to record everything to a backed up server that their lying, corrupt asses don't have access to.

I've been saying since this started that if rank and file liberals had ANY integrity whatsoever, the reality of how the FBI documents interviews would have set off a million mental alarms.

If they did this shite to Flynn, just imagine what they do to some ignorant schmo on the block they've targeted?

Hell, it's hearsay from the party motivated to convict you!

It makes "my neighbor told me" look fricking official

they take notes then write a 302 summarizing the interview.

Ridiculous in the electronic age.

Do they still use typewriters too?

they have no problem using state of the art technology to record your calls and snoop your emails and other communication.

I have lost SO much respect for the FBI as this case progressed, and I now doubt any convictions they have ever made. They seem like a THUG organization. The ultimate organized crime family.

Don’t talk to the Feds, ever.

You are correct.

Anecdotal, but I was an investor in a business venture about 10 years ago in which about half of my money was returned before the feds closed in on the operators. They had defrauded investors of about $250K. I was called in to give a statement (or so I thought) about the ‘bad guys’.

Though I lost about $5K in this investment, the interview took a strange turn when I was told I was one of the few investors that received ‘dividends’. After I was asked if I was given ‘any cash payments under the table’, I realized that I was being painted as one of the BAD GUYS. The interview ended at that point. It was eye opening to say the least.

(Bad guys pled out BTW and to date I have received $25 in restitution once a year for the past 8 years)
