The dog was in a storm drain. A military veteran helped crawl in there and save him.

and Master Deputy Hughes was on her hands & knees during most of the dog's rescue

The dog is older than dirt. She fell down a storm drain. Officer New Blondie climbed down the hole and went buns up, kneeling. She was scared so a local OG took over. He was able to get a rope around the good girls neck and get her close.
Then Deputy Young Black Dude took a turn in the hole and handed her up. They waited on animal control, but all of their agents were busy getting oral and refused to come to the scene.
One of the deputies brought the good girl to a vet. She was matched to her owner. She is home, getting pampered.

I hope they have the confrontation with the ATV driver as one of the "earlier" segments. That baw deserves some police brutality for doing that with two little baws on board.

Those WBR cops seem like assholes. One of them said he was going to the store to get the footage so that he could know who it is. He said he will spend the rest of his life to put the operator in jail.
I don't think it was all that important.

This is the problem. They did not want to chat. They wanted to cost him enough fines and legal fees to make his little ones homeless and hungry. I am not for that.
ETA: When I said I didn't think it was all that important, I am talking about making it your life goal to put a guy in jail for such a minor offense. Those WBR cops are bullies, with huge anger issues.

There were no tail lights & I thought he cut across a cane field when they turned on their lights
I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to operate a 4 wheeler on the highway but to do it with kids on the back after dark is asking for a horrific accident
I don’t think they are bullies, they aren’t road patrol, they seem to know a lot of the people they pull over & know what they are about.
