Since some of you, ahem, tigerskin, apparently know the facts that led to the plane crashing, he shouldn’t bother to explore the cause of the crash, whether someone flying or maintaining the aircraft was negligent, or whether there may be legitimate blame to be assigned to someone. You’re right, he shouldn’t even bother, because obviously nothing went wrong.

Yes. The owner of the aircraft lost his wife and only child in the crash.
