I don't think it ever really will. Tech sector is too strong and still growing as the globe becomes more connected.

When I opened this thread about real estate in Silicon Valley, I thought “if only someone would show a comparably priced home in a completely unrelated part of the country. You know, like Alaska. Because that would be super relevant.”
