We paid around $600 per sq/ft

If anyone had the foresight to buy out there, they’re on Easy street now. The tech boom of the 90’s through today has created quite the demand out there.

I bought my first house for 120k and sold it for 0-1 million 5 yers later. There really are some good opportunities out there if you buy right.
