Egg can be difficult for some people to control and hold the temp.

I would recommend that OP get some sort of electric smoker

Idk who you know that can’t control temp on an egg. I can consistently change mine 10 degrees at a time from 250 up

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. You have air coming in and going out.

I cooked a brisket last weekend overnight for ~ 10 hrs. The grill never moved more than 15 degrees from my desired temp.

Also, my Primo is going on 12 yrs old and have replaced the firebox once due to it cracking. The company replaced it under warranty for free.

Show me any electric smoker that last as long.

kamado cookers are the easiest out there to hold temp on... people that are having problems are usually doing something drastically wrong
