My vote is crabgrass. Treat with Image ASAP. The best method is prevention. Dimension pre-emergent works really well, I like a late fall and late winter application.

Southern crabgrass. As has been mentioned prevention is best route. Germinates around 55 degree soil temp. Apply Pendimethalin in late Jan-early Feb.
