I speculate that it will dip, how fast this will happen I have no clue. They haven't even started production yet, although they have 14,000 pre-orders for their electric Semi trucks.
I plan on short selling this stock on its jump close to the merger then either keeping some of my stock or waiting for a dip in the future for the long hold. Then once they actually start producing on the assembly line this has the potential to be a big competitor with Tesla.
