JaCoby Stevens talking about Bo Pelini with @LSUTigersVoice: “The installs are getting me excited about how aggressive, how loose we’re going to play. He fit right into our culture. He’s not going to make a player adjust to his system. He’s going to put them where they fit.” #LSU

Aranda was really good at this. I trust Pelini can do the same.

This is going to be awesome to see. Aranda was a good DC, but I am ready to move on from his "read and react" style and back to Bo's super aggressive style.
Defense sure is going to be exciting to watch.

This defense could be NASTY out the gate. Just need more practice/game reps. With the shutdown, players should have no excuse to not have the playbook memorized.

Pelini did a great job his last time in Baton Rouge. No reason to think he won't keep the defense strong.

I just Hope we use Stevens like CLemson used Simmons
We played him closer to the line at the end of 2018 and he was amazing. I think There is an issue that both he and Delpit thrived in that role.

Its hard to have 2 safety playing on the line of scrimmage. You usually need at least 1 back there.
While neither was a liability back there, I think both of their strengths were closer to the LOS
