Does the west side of your house get alot of sun? I would start on that side just try maybe. I did look at some of those soundproof drywall panels awhile back but I'm sure you want an easier solution.

Yes. My house actually faces NE.
I planned on just doin walls that are exterior. They can be sprayed with foam but the guy said they don't fix the holes and there will be a top and bottom hole between each stuff that will have to be fixed and obviously painted afterwards.
I didn't know if they could go from the attic down into the walls but I don't think that's possible. My power bill is astounding buy it's not a huge house either
