Two of the past 3 years there have been 8 home games. in 2010 there will be 8 home games. But one year of 6 (and one in the Superdome which might as well be home game)and LSU fan are 'pissed'.

Guess there's always gotta be something to bitch about. Can the LSU fanbase get any more spoiled?

Don't mean to hijack, but if Washington backs out on the return visit like VaTech did, I am going to be

I hate how we let these teams get away with it.

Several threads about our sucky ooc schedule, now we're complaining about too few home games. Our administration really can't win with this fanbase, can they?

If you can't complain about Tiger football to other Tiger fans, then who can you complain to? You can't say that you aren't at least a little disappointed.

Verge has already said they're trying to move the tulane game to baton rouge next year which will probably happen given we are LSU and they are tulane. it'll be ok.

Complaining about something that is legit to complain about is one thing. Finding something to bitch about is another.

If we were playing 8 home games (and not playing Washington) then people would complain about how easy the schedule is.

that should cost a pretty penny for lsu. lsu and tulane have a home and home contract for 10 years already. with lsu getting something like 70% of all the money from ticket prices when they play in the super dome.

Not if we just switch home dates and play in the dome in 2010 (or any other year that we're scheduled to play in the dome) which is what they're trying to do.

Colin Cowherd was talking with a Vegas guru the other day and he had Washington predicted to win 4 games this season. I agreed with Cowherd that this couldn’t be possible, but then looked at their schedule - OU, Notre Dame (I know), BYU, and the Pac 10 schedule... Did not look easy, I may take the under...

Regardless, Husker stadium will be LSU north next season...

You know what I see when I see that schedule?

1- Cheaper Season Tickets
2- 4 Home Games from mid October on...so no 5 straight games in 90+ degree heat from August through Septemeber against crap teams

Yeah...lots of home games are great, but we do get Florida ,AU and Arky at home and playing in the Dome isn;t like some "away" game.

I agree, I hate it when it smells like swamp butt because its 90+ outside. Although, the TAF donation will be the same as an 8 game season right?
