Started feeling something was wrong in their spiritual life. After a few months they woke up in panic attacks that lasted most of the day. Thought it was a spiritual problem. God had forsaken them then it manifested to where they can't believe or believe right. Guy has 2 young kids and a wife. He was like 225lbs of shredded muscle now he's dried up and van barely eat. It's been going on over a year.

I’m not a Dr. & have no clue what I’m talking about but that doesn’t sound like what I thought OCD is

It sounds like depression
Has he had a 2nd opinion?
Has he had a complete lab work up done?

I hope he is getting help & that he is able to move forward

There inpatient and outpatient support.

It takes work and usually medication to get it under control. Wishing it to go away doesn’t work.
